When will I receive my order?
We do our roasts ever 4 weeks. We don’t hold coffee in inventory as we want the beans to be as fresh as possible when they get in your hands and your mugs!

Will I get the same coffee each month?
Potentially! All that matters to us that you love your morning cup.
If the data you submit shows an appreciation for a wide variety of coffees, we’ll send you variety! If your data shows a very specific preference, we’ll only send coffees that fits that specific preference – because we know you’ll love it!
If you find you’re loving a coffee, and only want to receive that one in the future, send us an email and we’ll make it work. That’s what we’re here for, let’s find your coffee love. <3

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to Canada & USA. Looking for us to mail you a custom coffee but you live elsewhere? Awesome! The shipping might be expensive, but we can make that work. Send us an email!
How long will it take for the coffee to get to me?
We ship from Toronto with Canada Post Expedited. For Ontario, you should receive the coffee within 1-3 days. Most of Manitoba, Saskatchewan & Quebec is 2-4 days. Alberta, B.C and the Maritimes usually takes about 3-6 business days.
